Dr. Yen Tran was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2008 and a M.S degree in Biology from Mississippi College in 2009. Dr. Tran obtained her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston in 2013 and completed her AEGD residency from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas in 2014.
As part of the Riverstone Dental Care team, Dr. Tran continues to study extensively to keep current on new dental technology, techniques, and research because she feels it helps her provide the best care possible. She loves working with all of her patients at our Canton dental office and works hard to help them become active participants in their dental health. Her dedication to providing top-notch care to everyone shines through in the happy smiles on their faces as they leave our office. She strives to obtain respect from her peers, colleagues, and everyone whom she works with through hard work and a desire to for excellent results in the lab and with her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, playing tennis, and playing poker. Dr. Tran also loves to travel, and as so far visited Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, France, Spain, Italy, England, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. John, Canada, and many states in America. She would like to continue her travels to learn more about other cultures.
